Terms and Conditions for Paw Dawgs

 

1. Agreement to Terms  

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

 

2. Services Provided

Paw Dawgs offers dog sitting, dog walking, and dog training services. Specific services, pricing, and availability will be detailed on our website or discussed during the booking process.

 

3. Booking and Payment 

- All services must be booked in advance.  

- Payment is required at the time of booking. Acceptable payment methods will be provided during the booking process.  

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee.

 

4. Client Responsibilities 

- Clients must provide accurate information about their pet(s), including any medical conditions, behavioral issues, and dietary restrictions.  

- Clients must ensure their pets are up to date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations may be requested.  

- Clients are responsible for providing all necessary supplies, including leashes, food, and medications.

 

5. Liability  

Paw Dawgs will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet. However, Paw Dawgs is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur during the provision of services.

 

6. Pet Behavior  

If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately. In such cases, clients do not get a refund and will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

 

7. Photography and Social Media 

By using our services, you consent to Paw Dawgs taking photographs of your pet for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your pet’s photos to be used, please notify us in writing.

 

8. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of but not limited to Connecticut and Ohio, USA.

 

9. Amendments

Paw Dawgs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
